A team is a group of members inside your organization. Teams let you set budgets, rate limits and model access for a group of people at once, and report usage by team. In the budgets API a team is called a group.

Open Admin → Teams. You need the Create teams and manage their membership permission (admin:teams).

Creating a team

Create the team and name it. You are added as its owner.

Members

Open a team to manage its roster. You can add or remove one or several members at once; each member has a team role of owner, admin or member. Teams are made of existing members of the organization.

A person can be on several teams. For budgets, a person on several teams with budgets counts against the team with the highest limit.

Removing a member from a team unbinds their keys that were bound to the team; the keys keep working.

Deleting a team

Keys bound to the team are unbound, not disabled.
