Organization and gateway settings
Your organization's profile and ID, and the gateway settings that decide what ACOG may cache, trim or batch for your traffic.
Both pages require the Edit the organization’s profile permission (admin:org) to change; others can view them.
Admin → Organization
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Organization ID | org_…, read-only. Used in management API paths. |
| Created | Read-only |
| Name | Shown in the console and on invoices |
| Billing contact | Email and phone printed on every invoice |
| Billing address | Street, unit, city, state or province, postal code and country |
Admin → Gateway settings
What the gateway may replay or trim to make a request cost less. Every setting applies to every request your keys make, from the next one on.
| Setting | Default | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Response cache | On | Caching |
| Semantic cache and similarity threshold | On, 0.97 (hosted) | Semantic cache |
| Prompt simplification | On | Prompt cleanup |
| Batch auto-routing | On | Batch routing |
| Cache refresh pings | Off | Caching |
| Store prompts for review, and retention | On, 30 days | Activity and audit log |
Admin → Webhooks: other settings
Three more settings sit with the webhooks:
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Budget alert webhook (legacy) | A single unsigned URL that receives a Slack-compatible alert when a budget passes 50, 80 or 90% of its limit and when it reaches 100% of its limit. Prefer signed webhooks. |
| Cost recommendations by email | ACOG compares your configuration with how your traffic is actually served and emails your admins when a change would save money. Nothing is changed for you, and no mail is sent when there is nothing to recommend. |
| Daily model check | Once a day, ACOG lists the models each connection can call and tells your admins about new or retired models. It never changes a connection. |
Admin → Cost policies
Auto mode and cost arbitrage. These require the Connect and disconnect AI provider accounts permission.
